The Win4Youth App is a valuable tool for participants in the Adecco Win4Youth initiative. It effectively tracks the distance you cover through cycling, running, or walking, while accommodating manual uploads for swimming distances. Additionally, the app provides information about Win4Youth events in your vicinity and seamlessly integrates your completed kilometres into the system once you are registered on the Win4Youth website at tracking.win4youth.com.

What is Win4Youth?

Win4Youth is a global sports initiative organized by Adecco aimed at raising funds for youth-focused foundations while embodying the company's core values.

This program is dedicated to enhancing the prospects of young people as they transition into the job market, offering support through training, education, and skills development. For every kilometre completed by employees, associates, or clients, Adecco Group pledges financial contributions to selected foundations worldwide.

All employees across more than 60 countries are encouraged to orchestrate their own sporting events and take part in local or national competitions. Each year culminates in a prominent sporting event where specially selected and trained Adecco personnel compete against other athletes.
